Pine Rivers Bowls Club was the venue for Brisbane Northside Arm Bowlers Association Inc on Sunday 9th October 2022. We had 16 players from 10 Clubs competing. We had players from Northern Suburbs, Toombul, Pine Rivers, Aspley, Kallangur, Caboolture Lakes, Coorparoo, Narangba, Victoria Point and Samford competing. It was a great effort from all who attended!

Marko Kendes (Toombul) and Ken Nelson (NSBC) and Mark Walter and Doug Bristow (Pine Rivers) were the equal winners of our 2x4x2 Pairs Event with a 2 + 9. That is as tight as it gets.

Gary Hagan and John Price (Victoria Point) were the winners of our 3 Bowls Pairs with a 2 + 15 and Runners Up were tied Chris Doyle (Kallangur) and Judy Wyman (Caboolture Lakes) and  Marko Kendes (Toombul) and Ken Nelson (NSBC) with a 2 + 7. Again, how close is that??

Overall winners for the day were Ken Nelson (NSBC) and Marko Kendes (Toombul) with a 4 + 16 and Runners Up were Chris Doyle (Kallangur) and Judy Wyman (Caboolture Lakes) with a 4 + 11. Well done to all who competed.

There were a lot of closely fought games on the day.
